Surreal

If I may be so presumptuous, five of my planets have lined up this weekend.

I’m hosting sixteen Compassion peeps from twelve states at Multnomah Bible College here in Portland where we’re learning how to Coach.  Oh.  And they get to meet my family today.  Good times sitting in a place of the past (Memorial Dorm lounge) with folks so present (Compassion International Child Advocates).  What’s more, Multnomah peeps, I write this from my a room in Memorial Dorm.

And there’s still nothing quite taking a stroll on this campus on a nice evening or reading your Bible on the lawn on a beautiful morning.

Are you leading worship at any point over the weekend?
Are you wearing your old zip-up hoodie?

Don’t throw any napkins in the cafeteria. Or touch any pipes.

You lived in Memorial Dorm? J/K…It’s pretty impossible to sit in your OLD dorm room, isn’t it.
And I always thought you read your Bible on the lawn to show off…
Oh, and did you hand out any minutes? Remember when you gave me three cuz of my mom talking to you through the window of my dorm room? You just kept on walking and held up those three little fingers.
